Welcome to The Spire Federation
From Ms. Becky Dhami, Executive Headteacher

I am delighted to welcome you to The Spire Federation, a thriving partnership between East Wold Church of England Primary School and North Cockerington Church of England Primary School.

Our two schools work closely together, united by shared values and a common vision: to provide a high-quality, inclusive education in a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to flourish. Rooted in our Christian ethos, we place great importance on kindness, respect, and community — values that shine through in every aspect of school life.

At The Spire Federation, we aim to develop not just academic success, but confident, curious, and compassionate young people who are excited about their future. Our committed staff teams go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued, supported, and challenged to achieve their very best.

We are incredibly proud of the welcoming, family atmosphere at both of our schools and of the strong relationships we have built with our pupils, parents, and the wider community. We believe in working in partnership to give every child the best possible start in life.

Whether you are a prospective parent, a member of our community, or simply interested in finding out more about our federation, I warmly invite you to explore what we offer. I am confident you will find a vibrant, caring, and inspiring place to learn and grow.

Warm regards,
Ms. Becky Dhami
